Checkout and authorization

The secure checkout displays the currency and payment choices available for the current order. Handling begins only after payment has been authorized.

Provider decisions

A bank or payment service may request verification, place a temporary hold, review a transaction or decline it. Confirm billing information and contact the issuer about an unresolved authorization.

Keeping credentials private

Full payment credentials are entered with the checkout provider. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes to ordinary store support.

Refunds and support

Under the Refund Policy, approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original method within 10 days, while provider posting may take longer. Use Contact Us for store-level payment assistance.
