Proper use of the storefront

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse protected content. Genuine errors in a listing, availability or price may be corrected.

Orders and displayed charges

Submitting an order is a request to purchase rather than unconditional acceptance. Stock, payment authorization, address accuracy, risk checks and applicable law can affect acceptance. Taxes and shipping charges are shown before submission.

Shipping and product remedies

Handling and delivery timing appear in the Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy covers qualifying defective and non-defective new-product returns and exchange requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed and initiated within 10 days, with separate bank posting time.

Legal rights and changes
